Service Info

Effective November 1, 2011 RPI Industries, has engaged Konop Refrigeration, Inc. to handle all of its service calls for RPI equipment for the Continental US.

To contact Konop Refrigeration, there are 2 options in which to initiate a service call. Please choose from the following two options:

1. Contact KONOP Refrigeration Support Toll Free: 1-800-333-2752

OR

2.  Access KONOP Refrigeration Support online by clicking on or typing http://rpi.konoprepair.com in your web browser.

- For a new service request, the user can call KONOP Refrigeration Service (Option #1) or submit a service request online (Option #2) as listed above . Upon completing the necessary information, for a new service call, you will be provided with a work order number by KONOP, which can be used to track and monitor the progress of the service call.

- To view an existing work order, the user can contact KONOP Refrigeration (Option #1) or track the status of their issued Service Ticket (Work Order) online by accessing KONOP Refrigeration’s Web Portal  (Option #2) above. At this time you will be required to provide a username and password.

Once logged in the user will need to enter the work order number received from Konop and the serial tag number as listed on the warranty label on the equipment. Please note without these two together, no information can be presented.

Please be aware that RPI no longer handles service calls. All information and requests must go through Konop Refrigeration.
