Turbo Chill Air Screen

Turbo Chill is an Innovative Unique Design that allows product to go from 75^o room temperature to 40^o Fahrenheit in two hours or less.

Standard Air Screen Refrigerators are designed to keep cold products cold. They are not designed to chill warm product. Most operators do not have ample refrigerated storage to chill beverages quickly, which creates ongoing frustration in serving their customers an acceptable product.

The Solution

How Does It Work?

Upon loading the cooler with room temperature product; press and hold the “Door Closed” Button to close the insulated security door, and then momentarily press the “Turbo Start” Button.

Once the Turbo cycle is complete, the insulated security door automatically opens, and the product is chilled and ready to serve.

Combination of our Patent Pending refrigeration system with additional turbo fans allows the precise multi-directional airflow needed to chill 75^o room temperature product within two hours.
