Air Pan with Air Tower Platter

Provides higher air coverage for taller product
Designed for use with large platters and serving bowls by utilizing a special baffle and air plenum in the tower to maximize air flow
Air flows throughout the entire food zone; not just over the product
The evaporator features a lift-up mechanism that allows the inner pan to be easily cleaned

This drop-in Air Pan is cooled by circulating a curtain of refrigerated air over the product
